I know I find it hard to sleep when I get home....sometimes Ive had to take sleeping pills and then they really knock me out!!! But I try not to take them.

I work form 5pm to 2am. I think its about the same hours as you Gypsy?

I work 3 pm to 11 pm.....still it messes up your body. Up all night, sleep all day, or sleep for 4 or 5 hours and rev all day.....

i work 3;30pm to 11;30pm cental time ! im up some times for days ! but when i sleep it's about 6am to 1pm

I dont think I could work a day shift at this point which is 6:30-2:30 or 7-3.... But I do miss the 9-5 jobs.....
