So, back in the days when you were in high school, were you one of the popular kids?

Believe it or not .. NO.
I did, though, belong to a soc club from another high school ...(like a sorority) I rocked there .. rocked so much I found myself pregnant |

i don't think i was either popular or unpopular
i wasn't nerdy, i wasn't freaky, i wasn't artsy, i wasn't athletic - i was just one of the normal kids. |

no
i couldn't call them my friends when they 'decided' i was finally cool enough to hang with them. it's like joining a sorority or fraternity i'll never figure out why someone would go through 6 weeks of hell so that a group of people would call them their sister or brother. my suite mate did that in college and when she needed them most....they dissed her. |

Yeah...I was....I just hid my mind too....teachers always said I would have been a straight "A" student if I just would have been more serious. "Pfttt" What do they know? |

No. I was foresaken in the shadows. That is until my senior year. I moved out of my parents and to a strange land and finished my senior year at a strange school. There was other strange people that did the same. I graduated with honors with 47 in my class. The whole experience was strange and enlightening. Imagine a whole senior class of outcasts moving from 17 states to one school that had declining enrollment needing bodies and out of state school vouchers. It created a closer freindlier structured environment.
