Do you think it's possible to sleep in the same bed with a member of the opposite gender, without intercourse, and without things getting too awkward?

Yep. Did it with my ex for three months. She decided to tell me " Don't touch me " along with a few choice other words in the middle of a fight. I got tired of her bullsh*t so I took it quite literally. Didn't touch her at all for the entire time.

Sure. I've done it multiple times, with a number of male friends who knew where we stood. Naked, with several of them (but then, I always sleep naked and so do most of the people I know).
