Maybe it just has to be okay to have an unhappy feeling. Maybe? You don't know how excruciatingly painful, frightening, heartbreaking, and panic inducing that is for some of us! But I agree. One step at a time....one small step at a time.... I can relate to your pain, fear and panic. I was in a dysfuctional relationship about 14 years ago. I was going through several deaths in my immediate family and was vulnerable. I was willing to stay with my boyfriend who had become addicted the meth because at that point I was so afraid of being alone. I am glad this is a chapter that I closed that chapter and have gone on with my life. |

I am glad this is a chapter that I closed that chapter and have gone on with my life. We can only take it one day at a time. I'm taking my happiness, sense of security, and being loved where I can find it. ....Living each day for that day, if at all possible. I do not know what tomorrow will bring and I cannot change the past. Today is all I have, living it with integrity, true to myself and my needs. My bottom line. |
