I rarely comment on a write twice...this is a work of art P....you are crystal clear about your Soul's experience and its knowing Awesome... Oh, and btw, GREAT new pic lol.

You know me so well-(((J))) trying to look strong again- did it work? Took it last night and then went out to dinner-after spending last weekend laying in my pajamas with the blinds closed... although it did feel pretty good..
