What Any Of It Means I sat here last night And spoke with God I told Him I realize I may not have earned A lot of happiness yet But it would be okay If He could gather it up And pass it on To you And I am hoping To have the chance To earn it back .....Someday I don't understand What any of it means Why you effect me The way you do I sat down Spoke with God And cried I cried for you Last night Or did I cry For me Over you And as I said I don't understand What any of it means I look at your picture I see your eyes Feeling as though I'm within your soul Feeling your sorrow your longing Your heart It simply crushes me To know That you could ever Be harmed By anyone or anything And as I said I cried last night And I don't understand What any of it means.
