I don't think it's shallow to want to see who you're chatting with. Yes, I'm sure there are many, many people who go by pictures only, but that's not what I'm talking about.

i understand curiosity it is nice to put a face with someone whom you are talking to.. but if you are just infact chatting with them on here does it really matter what one looks like? unless you become to like them for who they are then maybe want to meet them...its just that you people assume that someone is fat or ugly cause they dont have a pic up... i had a time that i didnt have a pic up myself... and i dont find myself to be ugly...i may not be the best looking gal but im not ugly... and as far as fat.... well i see a lot of you asuming that that are much larger than i am...facts are why ponder on why someone doesnt have a pic up and why assume when everyone has a different reasoning for it... just ask .... ask for a pic or ask why they dont have a pic up etc...

maybe they are sick of the lame azz mutual match... where not a one of them who picked you read your profile..they picked you for what you look like and only on those basis....like lilth said you can ask them for a picture...pretty shallow though if you ask me if one picks someone or talks to someone based on their looks only.. so i suppose if they dont have a pic up maybe they are trying to weed out all the shallow people..

I'm just talking about those men who email me and have no pictures. Those that say they want to get to know me and possibly meet one day. If that's the case, I expect a picture.

I totally agree, I think of it as a type of voyeurism, they are looking at all of us through a cyber peephole. Creepy

It is CREEPY to have some person message you, when they don't have a picture.

I placing my bet that they are already in a relationship and don't want to get busted out.

Even creepier, when they keep looking at your profile.
