dali is the sh!t,i go to his museum in st.pete,fl.at least 4 times a year,why because his art rocks

Davinci....absolutely! Micheal Angelo was no slouch. Modern artists..... Olivia...She is awesome Frazetta. George Petty. Todd MacFarlane. Bev Dolittle. Though I really like my own work too. I am just glad that there is no catagory for artists that we don't like...People get really P!SSED when I go down my list....and yes, one was named in this thread.

I'm not a fan of name-dropping! :] I have some friends who are really talented poets and artists, and have also written some poetry and done some drawings myself. I'm more poet than artist though. I'm also a big fan of creative ideas, poetry in motion, if you will.
