They said that most Woman would take the $200.0 dollars, and most Men would Flip the Coin. So they determined that Woman would be better Leaders, because they would make the best decisions.

whatever who are 'they' to say taking the $200 is the better decision. My thought was, I didn't have the $ before I flipped the coin so I'd go for it all and if I lost, I'd be no worse off than before.
