Have we forgotten how to survive like we used to 150 years age? Can we make our own furniture and clothing?

probably most of us have- i might be able to put something together but im pretty sure i'd be cold and nekkid sitting on the ground. lol

Have we forgoten how to survive off the land not in a grocery store?

Well, I'm an Eagel scout, and feel I could live in a crappy hut and eat the yuck.

can people survive without air conditoners and heaters? Could people handle a farm?

I have gardened in the past and put up tomato sauce and pickles. But whats the point now when its just me and my daughter. We cant eat 500 jars of tomato sauce. I would still have to go to the store and buy pasta. I cant mill my own flour or weave my own cloth. There is just only so much ground around my house to plant stuff. So like the rest of us, I shop and plan on continue doing so. There are "People" out there, they are called farmers and yes they do this everyday of their lives.
