Where is the popcorn I haven't got any yet You know what's bad Mrtap? I just looked at your picture and suddenly felt sick to my stomach. I'm a Phillies fan and partied WAY too much last night. I can't even LOOK at a pic of beer or liquor.

Good morning everyone. They say people get what they deserve... I had the MOST hysterical thing happen this morning. I'm not sure if anyone remembers my phone sodomy story, where I went to the cell phone place to get my GF added onto my account... then later found out the guy who had sold me my replacement phone had ripped me off big time and altered my account, extending it by two years. I saw him this morning, sitting on a bench in the courthouse hallway.

ON 09-29-08 PLED GUILTY OF COUNT 1, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, ORC 2919.25(A), FELONY 3RD DEGREE. COUNT 2, UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE, DISMISSED. BOND 10K SIGNATURE. NO CONTACT! SENTENCING SET FOR 10-31-08 AT 9 A.M. Here is the docket... which is public information, viewable to anyone with a computer. So I'm walking to my office and I hear, "What you don't remember me, do you?" Now, I don't look at anyone on the benches, ever. I just don't. Why would I? So I say to him that he looks mildly familiar... he says "I'm the guy who sold you your cell phone". I reply, "Oh you mean the guy who ripped me off? I'm the reason you got fired, guy".... and walked away. He asked me why I thought that, but I just kept walking. I still had his business card, so I looked him up on the public docket, and the offense took place the day before he was fired. Coincidentally, I had an appointment to see him on 9/5/08, and he had not gone to work that day. Now I know why. He was in jail.
