Mine works in the next office. But, she is a great boss.

Yeah, mine has to go through my office to get to hers... my office used to be a small conference room. But she likes it as I am her "minion".

woohooo - I have my own office, my own 4 walls, my own door and today I have chosen to keep my door closed, so it's nice to hear my boss and others knocking and asking for permission to enter. I have a great boss.

I've met my boss once. I don't even work in an office for most of the week here. No point, really other than to just work somewhere different. I don't actually work with anyone there.

I have a great boss. I have a cubicle with partial privacy. My boss is so funny. Whenever she's coming she makes a lot of noise. I guess to give me a head's up she's about to come in in case I'm screwing around? |

Project coordinator/management type stuff for a telecommunications company. I manage orders we get from our sales teams for various services, making sure (or trying to) everyone gets their parts done on time for sites to be installed. It's interesting because I get to work with people all over the world. But, that's why it's frustrating, too.

That does sound very interesting and frustrating at the same time. Funny, I feel the same way about my job. But where I work is stunning, marble with gold leaf and such... I admire it every day.
Didn't Clarise Starling say, we covet what we see every day? |
|
|
|
Now, if I actually got to travel for my job, it would make it that much more interesting. But, I've only been able to go to LA.

Beach, I find it so.....
I used to get so mad at those threads, but really. It seems only two or three people in there even freaking understood what I said. |

What really gets to me is not the disagreements nor the differences of opinions, it's the way topics turn personal. People turn to personal attacks as a means of proving their points, a bunch of b.s. if ya ask me, but who's asking me?
Or how people can take a trivial act and make a science project on it; everyone 'should' feel as I; everyone 'has' to; sweet molasses - personally I dont give a hoot if anyone raises their hand, that is only an outward movement, means more to those viewing than those doing it (jmo) I'd focus on actions, character and morals, but as I said, no one asked me |

But Fran, I'm ridiculous...

Unfortunately I work in an environment that is dumbing me down.A lot of the people I work with aren't even high school graduates. The most common word I hear at work is "fukc". |

Yay....I love to piss people off.
