So you were born either on Quonset or Davisville base... wow. I ended up born in RI as my father was in the Navy there, drafted after his residency in PA. The naval base is in NK. If you were born at South County Hospital (actually in Washington County, South County is a geographical name not a county), then you were born in South Kingstown.

Well..since my Mom couldn't remember I called my Dad tonight. and asked him about it....lol He said that the reason North Kingstown shows up on my birth certificate is because that is where our address was at the time. I was actually born on the base in Davisville. :) |

Davisville is part of North Kingstown. That base is no longer active... but it is an area. There is a Davisville Elementary School and a Davisville Middle School. I lived on the other end of town....
