Hi Erica, I'm quite bummed. I had to withdraw from archery competition today due to muscles that I keep pulling in my left arm and shoulder. I can't even pull my bow back to shoot it, so I won't be going to Vegas in february Other than that I'm pretty good.

There's always next year and there is a lot of other competitions. Right now I need to get my self healed up and back in shape.

That's GREAT,keep up the good work. TY, I'm trying! One thing I found that helps curb my appetite is a shot of vinegar in a glass of water and some lemon juice, believe it or not!

That would work for me, it would make me so sick that I wouldn't/couldn't eat anything, but if it works for you, that's what matters.
