i know you've heard this story so many times... met a really nice guys from here... you seem to have that connection that we've all been waiting for.. talked for like a few days, believed that there is something going on that is out of the ordinary, felt all the emotions and shared things and then ...BAM !!!! he disappeared .. how do you deal with that..??? i am really upset.. help please.. Talked for a few days?? That's kinda short. Sometimes a connection happens quickly and things seem fine. Sometimes it takes a while. What you find out here is that when you least expect it, someone will jump out of the woodwork and you will wind up finding someone when you weren't looking. Go take a look at the Success Stories thread. You'll see that you shouldn't lose hope.

this happened to me on a LDR thats why i dont do them,what an exspensive "chance" that turned out to be.  You'll find someone close to you.

I don't know how to deal with it, either. It's happened a couple of times, or when we finally have met, the connection or chemistry isn't there afterall. Maybe the man THOUGHT he wanted a relationship and then realized further in that he wasn't ready, but it sure would have been nice if he had communicated it with you. Or maybe YOU get caught in the "what if" idea when you really didn't want a serious relationship in the first place but there is CHEMISTRY! Am afraid this might be the case and it's a little scary... Keep on with no expectations. From someone who doesn't know AT ALL what they are talking about that's my best advice :) |
