“Ecstasy”

It is the thought of your finger tips.
As they run circles upon my hips.
As you take your time to explore every inch.
Knowing your touch will make me flinch.

These are the thoughts that go through my mind.
As we lay there entwined.
Two lovers lost in the moment of ecstasy.
I lay here within a dream of fantasy.

Remembering what it was like to have that kind of love.
You know the kind that one never gets tired of.
The kind that will leave you memorized.
And you feel as if you’ve been hypnotized.

Floating so high you never want to come down.
You feel as if in this love you are about to drown.
Not a care in the world crosses your mind.
For this is truly a one of a kind find.

But then you begin to stir.
And it all starts to seem but a blur.
For now once more it does seem.
It was all but a dream.
