Sometimes in here, we tend to focus on the negative of past relationships. In this thread, we will be focusing on the postitive in past relationships..... so think deep and post!

From a past relatioship....I have gotten one of the best friends i could ever ask for.

We are no longer dating....but we are def friends.

Ok, I'll go first. I was in a relationship were the person taught me to identify when I was making assumptions due to past negative experiences. Which helped me to recognize that I am still influenced by the past and if I never make assumptions that will correct faulty thought patterns. [just an example that some people enter our life for a purpose that we may not know at the time]

the companionship and someone to come home to

the sex

the sweet look that she would give me when i first get home

the soft touch of someone that loves you

it is all so good...when you are in a good relationship

Lets see the positive thing is that we are longer wasting our time, money and life on a cheating person.

my 2nd ex helped me to be more open thanks to her open-mindedness.

Te last guy I dated for about 2 months taught me to NEVER date someone who is bi-polar ever again.

The one before that taught me to NEVER date a widower until they have been that way for over 3 years.

The one before that taught me to trust my instincts and if it walks like a duck and quaks like a duck it's a duck.

My ex husband taught me to NEVER marry an emotionally unavailable man.

I've learned alot from my past relationships, I learned what I deserve in life, and that's the best....

My Children

I took away from my divorce me,, I found out just how strong I am,, How important I am, and that ****tt happens,, its up to us to decide to wallowwwwwwwwwwww in (( Ew )) or move it aside and live life,,,

I choose to live life with my children,,,

I got to expierence alot. Sadly, it doesn't really make up for some of them. Not all expierences are good. But on the bright side, i learned a bit.
