No I don't. I always say I do not respond to telephone solication or inquires of any type.

Occasionally. But at times. I've gotten about half way through the questions and informed them that their questions and answers showed extreme bias and that it would be easy for them to use my answers to mean things I don't believe because they didn't give me any choices that reflected my views on the questions. Therefore I could not in good faith finish the survey.

I don't get them anymore, since I have one of those weird cell phones that only works about 12 minutes a day.

Sometimes I work at home making calls for a company that does political surveys. There are some rude people and some that just hang up immediately, but there are usually enough people that will answer all the questions to make it worth doing. Most of the jobs only pay when all questions are answered so it sucks when people get impatient or offended before the survey is complete.

We have caller ID, so if we don't know the number, we don't answer. So nope, don't bother with the surveys.
