of course women can answer this too

Is your mom the most important woman in your life?

or would it be your significant other?

I know this is a loaded question but heck why not.

If i ever got married, I'd have to like the girl a lot more then i do my mom.

What about you? Would it be your dad or your hubby?

My mom is the coolest. I love her to death, she works too hard though

Having had an ex-husband that could not go a single day without calling or speaking to his mother several times a day, consulting her on every aspect of his life before discussing it with me, and her meddling, I'm burned out on Momma Boys, for the love of God just cut the umbilical cord already and grow up.

Good relationship with Mother one thing, but you have to draw the line somewhere.

it would end up being my sig other. I love my mom, but the cord has been cut along time ago. Now if it was between my family and a sig other, i'm not sure if i could make the choice. Generally it goes to my family, because they have always been there for me. but i'd rather spend time with a gf then my mom...

Shouldn't they be equally important in your life just different aspects of that life!

should...but it really depends.

Some people have *****y moms and *****y gf's that means there both equal. Some have cool moms and cool gf's. again, both equal. One ***** and one cool means the cool one is more important :p

I haven't had any luck at all with "mama boys". Mother is just in the business too much.

But I don't want a man who thinks badly of his mother either that could be a sign of a woman hater in the making.

So somewhere in the middle would be nice.

My Mom passed away 35 years ago and if I had a significant other I wouldn't be on here.

I think most apronstring men are only that way when chicks give ultimatiums or make it a comp with your mommy. My mom has done that with Gf's and i've told her to go to hell, and gf's have done that with my mom, and i've told them to go to hell. Infact, when anyone pulls that i tell them to go to hell. Hell is fun! it has candy!

Oh man this was taken the wrong way...

It wasn't for the guys to say their momma's boys....I think it's awesome when a man adores his mom...there is nothing to show how a man is going to treat his women more then how he treats his mom.
