old enough to bleed, old enough to breed what i'm saying is (technicly) the way God made it, is that if a girl is old enough for menstral cycle, she's old enough for sex. But society has changed since creation, and this is frownd apon. I don't shag young girls. I was just giving a literal answer to the question. My dry humor goes missunderstood sometimes.
