I love the sound of my Fatcat purring. This sound has a very calmimg affect on me.

I also like rain, frogs singing, my aquarium filters bubbleing & splashing, the wind blowing through tree tops,the ocean,& though I can barely remember this... the breathing of a lover sleeping peacefully next to me.

What are your favorite sounds?

Children laughing, the man I love humming in my ear as we dance, my Mother puttering around in the kitchen...they all make me smile.

I love the sound of leaves rustling, and the sound of water in a stream running. The sound of his....yes, hello...when he knows I'm on the other end of the phone.

Girl screaming "Get off me b*tch!" Ahhhhhh....so lovely.

an 18 wheeler down shifting on a lonly highway

a fog horn

I love to sit in the park at lunch, close my eyes, and listen to the combination of city sounds, the rustling of the leaves, the chatter of the geese, and the echo of music and laughter. I love the sounds and feeling of life "happening" all around me! (I know...I'm a sap!)

I can name that tune in 5 notes.

though i havent experienced it yet, a woman breathing into my ear softly, while she embreaces me from behind.

Trains are good if they are a ways off, but I lived about 250 feet off 5 separate railroad tracks once, that was not far enough away, especially when they roared through at 3 or 4 a.m. Geez, thought it was an earthquake sometimes.

I like the sound of thunder too.
