Tylenol PM works wonders
not for me ohwell it has the same ingredient as benedryl... which of course I can't spell laugh but it doesn't do much for me. The only thing I found that really works is Trazadone... which of course you need to see your doctor to get. But it does stop your mind from racing for hours and you just go to sleep.

I lay in bed two to four hours before I fall asleep and like you I think to much lol
yea I know the feeling... and the things I think about are so not important, especially at that moment in timegrumble

TYlenol PM has diphenhydramine... that's what doesn't work on me... try getting the sleeping pills that DON'T have that. They tend to work better.

Melatonin is a very good suggestion, as stated above.

Valerian Root is a good alternative as well.

Not to mention, getting OFF the computer and actually laying down to rest can work wonders also.

honestly... it sounds nice and simple but getting off the computer only means she'll spend the next 2-3 hours bored and not sleeping.
