Topic: Am I missing something here

Over the weekend I got in to a argument with my Ex Wife, and of all things over Spongebob. Well, she hates spongebob and it is one of the few cartoons my son likes that doesn't drive me nuts. Well, she is throwing a fit that I let him watch it and she has banned him from NICK totally... Well, here is the stupid part, she Lets him watch CONSTANTINE, a "R" rated movie for language and Violence and see's nothing wrong with that... Am I missing something here? no, but she is .. wow .... talk about poor judgment calls

in all honesty.. i dont let my kids watch spongebob either... i wouldnt let them watch an r rated movie.. but i dont allow spongebob at my house.. many of the remarks in that show are to adult and my children are at the parot stage... and i dont want it repeated.. but that is soley my opinion.. i have told my parents and my babysitter that i prefer that it not be watched at all... but that i do beg for a MINIMUM of it to be watched.. both have respected my wishes.. and kept it to an absolute minimum.. I was lucky. My kid didn't like it so I've never really seen it. I was in Barney world.

Well clearly Spongebob and his remarks, and Gay Patrick is wayyy more innappropriate for children, than Constantine...ha ha!!! Just Kiddin! Wow, I guess maybe she just hates Spongebob, I guess he can be annoying at times..the voice and all..especially Sandy from Texas..lol Face it babe she is digging Keanu Reeves in that movie, and well I have to admit he is hottt..lol;) yea its no wonder the rate of gays is so high these days, its the cartoons that kids watched while being raised!

My son wants Mommy and daddy to get back together and she is extremely unhappy and she either wants me unhappy with her or she wants me to tell her that I miss her. And that is a BIG NO....

I love Sponbebob!!! I used to watch it with my son and continuously say "Arr Arr Arr" during it!!! It made him crazy!!!
