There wasn't an official report filled out, but the Supervisor was called to the warehouse and I told him what had happened.

I felt ok ( except for the sore ankle ) right after it happened, and he told me that if it was any worse tomorrow to let him know and he would have me sent to have it looked at.

One thing about the place I work, they actually follow through on things like that. If my ankle feels any worse tomorrow ( not really worried about my back ) I can go and tell him and he will definitely send me out. At that point, we'll fill out an accident report and backdate it for today.
