I think you need to do Writing a Profile 101 for dummies I think someone already did! That's why every profile I read says "I don't know what to write here" and "Anything you want to know, you'll have to ask" and "I'm laid back and easy-going" and "I love my friends" and "No game players" and "I like to go out or stay in." I saw one this morning that said "I'm really bad at writing about myself" and I just wanted to tell her "It's really not that difficult, and if you can't do it, go take a class or something." I really think some people's brains will explode if they're ever required to have an original thought.... ok how about advanced profile writing.....with Professor Lex I could do that -- of course, everybody's profile would be 3000 pages long....

The thing I don't get is how anyone can believe that "I don't know what to write here" in a profile is at all....alluring? That just tells me that this person is unimaginative, and has no problem with displaying this unimagitiveness to the entire world, hopefully for endless ridicule.... On the plus side, I can instantaneously consign all of the "I don't know what to write here" people to the reject pile. On the minus side, that pretty much eliminates everybody....

What's really great are the guys who will email/IM you, then tell you to ask them questions about themselves. These are also the same guys who will ask about everything that's already in your profile. And, if you ask why, they'll tell you they were just making sure it was true.

ok i just took Lex's class... ok so i skimmed thru his book... here goes..tell me what you think before i change it i R a gurl who lieks my famuly... me kids are me life.. i dont relealy kno whut else to sey here.. so i will let you ausk me anethyng that you want to know... aesk awey!!!!

Well, you forgot "laid back and easy-going" but it's pretty good otherwise. You know there's a LAW now that stipulates you MUST have "laid back and easy-going" in your profile.... ....or so I assume, since I've seen it in every profile I've looked at for the last 100 years....

OK, so lets say you pick you want them to be beautiful. You meet and stare at them (never saying a word past hi), well beyond the point of uncomfortable, and I'm sure they will get interesting real quick. Yeah that's what they say when a hot young thing walks by..."Eventually, you'd have to talk to her"

So, the last profile I read didn't have much at all. It ended with "i try be nice to ppl hot girls ."
