I don't really know the answer. I can't get mine open. It has two 8 packs of coke in it. I'm trying to empty out the back seat. I had one side empty, but can't find the latch to release the seat and pull the back open to access the trunk.

I'll risk insulting you and suggest that you try the key if you haven't. I've seen people stand outside a locked car because their 'clicker' wouldn't unlock the door, forgetting that the key works just fine.....
