I will be grilling up some fish tacos with a chipotle-cream sauce and some steak done carne asada style, sliced up and served on some nachos. This feast will be enjoyed during Heroes tonight. Woot!

Owwwww, Owwwwwww, I do NOT know how I got the oils from a fresh ceyanne pepper in my nose, but it really really burns!!! NOTE TO SELF: Do NOT dine at Moon's abode...as she picks her nose whilst supposedly sauteeing!   Din-din for me tonight is SOUP (clam "chowda" to be exact) and a sliced homegrown tomato sprinkled with goat cheese, olive oil, fresh basil and a few green olives...and TOAST (I LOVE TOAST!) But, if you really know me...stay tuned...as it truly gets MUCH better than that when I'm not silly-putty tired.
