lillith what's that term for when you live with someone as your wife? He says he will get a lawyer and re do the whole thing but he wants to move in with his new GF in November... How do you think a judge is going to look at it that he wants to redo the papers while he is living with his GF? DUH- I say lets get it done and over with...then everyone benefits.

If he wants to do that, hire a lawyer..... let him know you'll refer to Family Services for an evaluation, demand a GAL (only one party need request and the magistrate must order it), and a full psych eval of all of you, including MMPI's, parenting evaluations, and interviews. (I had to do the psych evaluation, it is pretty standard in my county. It cost me 1500K, but my ex and his wife EACH had to do it, so his cost would double.
