Sharing is caring!

Anywho, you want a wicked easy/tasty dessert? Make mini trifles.

A bowl, a whisk, some cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and make some bangin whipped cream. Then take some large wine glasses and put some pound cake on the bottom, soak bit of rum into the cake then pile on some fresh fruit (I recommend pineapple rubbed with some brown sugar) and top with the fresh whipped cream. Done.

Ice Cream, the best you can afford, right out of the carton.
Quick, easy and delicious.

Dip some fresh strawberries in chocolate. Lay some mint on the plate with them. That's romantic eh?

I'd recommend Salted Nut Roll Bars. No need for the oven. Just the microwave and fridge.laugh

16 oz jar dry roasted peanuts
3 tbsp butter
10 oz Peanut Butter chips (I use Reese's)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups small marshmallows

Put 1/2 the peanuts in a buttered 9X13 pan.
Melt butter with PB chips.
Add sweetened condensed milk and stir.
Add marshmallows but don't melt them.
Pour over peanuts.
Top with remaining peanuts and press in.
Refrigerate for a few hours and cut into bars.

Take that fruit and dip it in some chocolate fondue.

Just melt some good quality chocolate in a mixing bowl over some very hot water and mix in a bit of your favorite Liqueur like Chambord, Kaluha, Godiva makes a white chocolate liqueur that tastes awesome.

Pour into a serving bowl and have fun dipping and feeding each other the fruit, bits of cheesecake works very well too.
