haha, i feel the same way, especially when it comes to fakes if i've met someone, and they've met someone that i haven't, i can at least verify - by that alone - that the said party is indeed a real person.

My friend's friend was a friend of my other friend's friend, so by association that friend of my friend was a friend of my other friend-right.
