I have to laugh about this thread. It's very sad seeing angry posters criticizing another posters misspelling.

When, in past, I mentioned that some posters were challenged by basic sentence structure and spelling I received a five day ban.

So, here it goes! I only hope if I am banned for pointing out the obvious the other offenders will be banned as well.

Until you can write a readable sentence please do not criticize your fellow posters spelling, sentence structure or choice of words.

It really says more about you than about the person you are attempting to criticize when you sloppily post those sorts of attacks. Oh, and what it says isn't positive.

There is no place for positiveness in the current events forums! I can only be

1. Right wing crap
2. Left wing crap
3. Conspiracy theories
4. Horrible news stories (the baby in the microwave, for instance)

Anything else is not permitted here.

soldiers are not trained to be nice, but to kill and destroy. Thats what we do and do it very well, no one comes close to being as good at it as our soldiers.

Ummm...I thought that we were talking about people on a dating/social site.

Several people have received warnings in the past about criticizing others' spelling. Just wanted you to know that you weren't the only one.

From Headstart to No child left behind... Losing ground are we?

Thank the Lord I graduated from a private school... and no, not because my family was affluent, my Grandma ran an "at cost" Christian school. Which means, she got licensed to teach and for the cost of books, she taught poor kids.

Got 5 times the education there then I ever did at public school, learned about 10 times quicker too.

Thanks G-ma, Bigs ups!

Head Start was good. The company my mom worked for was in charge of it in our city. But.....that "No Child Left Behind"...Yikes!

My kid goes to a Christian school, btw.

Unlike public schools, you get a first rate education and for a non religious, but spiritual guy like me, you also get to learn moral value.

Don't know, but I think that is missing from our schools... also, why teach trig and algebra when half of these kids have issues counting back change without the help of a calculator or a cash register?

Can we go back to teaching Life skills and Civics please?

I had said that it was crude to say that. Then you said you can't spell.

Spelling has nothing to do with being crude.

Then you feel the "need" to teach my a lesson?

Sheesh.

I have noticed that my child's class is over a year ahead of the public school class. Harder homework and more of it too.

and who criticized who first might I ask? He's grown, I'm sure he can handle it. and don't think anything was put together sloppily. Sooooo. Pffft, i guess, don't see your point really. was talking about the word itself more than the spelling, pointing it out to me wasn't that bad, it could very well have been an innocent mistake on his part.
