My Brother has a rather rare poster
 and for many years I have loved what it reads  there is no title given to it on the poster...  only a signature... so I have given it the title...  < Brave Men still Move about > I wasn't sure which category to put it in, & i thought it would fit in the religion dept.. this is how it goes... " The road is strewn with yesterday's failed schemes. There is danger everywhere,  lurking behind shining dreams  & smiling machines...   Yet Brave men still move about... Look over there... A printer is talking to an engineer...  I think that's a chemist, or perhaps an alchemist with a salesman. And isn't that a magician doing magic tricks...   So, tell me, good fool,  is this a festival or a crusade? a craft or a science??? In the battle between emotion and the mind,  who will ultimately prevail?  Well, good sir, as any fool can see this is only a screen printing show... The ability to determine between craft & science has always been an art... I haven't done a search... but it has always intrigued me... actually I am not even sure of the Author... It is signed only with initials... this is a very limited edition poster , looks like it was hand painted... it's hard to say just what the initials are... They could be G. P. H .. the lettering under the painting was hand painted in cursive writing ... on the bottom it reads... Original Serigraph by Gary Hintz { with a middle initial i am not sure of }}} an E maybe or an L  then it reads " In cooperation with Ernest Dorn Co. and the Paper Source 1984 |
