afternoon all! after spending about 8 hours in a conference about DNA... now I am at work for about an hour... then I have to get owen.... then i have to go to a meeting at a local resturaunt for my student organization.... then i have to go home and do homework with owen.... and then I have to go to an online chat for my webclass (which is totally bull sh*t).... and then I might have time to come back in to talk! (but i'll have a couple minutes to poke around on here) whew! anyone want to trade lives? I'll trade you, but as a heads up: I'm a lesbian in a mans body. ;D well the list is longer.... if you dont mind being an advocate for gay rights, full time mom, full time student..... getting up at 6 am M-F... and not making it to bed until after 10 pm (at the earliest)..... oh and be getting paid under 10,000 dollars a year... i'll gladly trade. well in that case in in. But only if I can build a staue to myslef in the back yard. Do I get to wear my sexy dress?

And of all of that I'd say the full-time mom was the hardest. Sorry to say won't trade, mine are grown and gone. Guess I'm done with the hard part anyway. All of it is hard and time consuming in its own way.... but I am a single full time mom..... so compounding it with everything else.... I don't know how I remain sane sometimes. (I am probably not sane, I just don't know it) I do give you all the credit in the world. Going to school, working, and raising a kid. I couldn't do it, I decided to wait until my kids were "grown". Now that they are, I'm going back to get my Business Admin. degree.

I want an assistant.... can I get a personal assistant!?!?!? I'll be your personal assist. But only if I get to wear my sexy dress and get a desk with a bobble head. you can wear whatever you want as long as your vital parts are covered... but no desk but i'll give you a babble head. YAY! I get to wear a dress! Hmmm...I should see if I still have the pumps.

kym, do me this is just how it is... it was funny at my conference today.... one of the police officers that was there.... started talking to me and ask if I was married and where did I go to school b/c I introduced myself as a student intern. I said that I wasn't married... and he said well that's good since you are going to school... and I mentioned but I do have a son. he asked what I planned on doing... I explained that I was in the social work program and that I will be graduating soon. Hope to get into harvard's social policy program and hope to work in social policy for domestic violence.... I didn't see his mouth drop but i know it did mentally. He was like wow you have a lot going on.
