I use to live in Utah, and I'm a punk...yep, I've seen it...even stayed a week or so in the same place Steveo and Bob stayed.

It made me cry and really gave an awesome image of what it's like to truly have the punk mentality... good and bad sides both. I agree with most of the lesson, though I don't think one has to give up one's entire outer persona.

He totally sold out though, Eventually everyone has to grow up, but you don't have to totally sell out. He became what he was rebelling against in the first place..... in the end he was as bad as all the posers...

No wonder it's so hard to meet cute single women they're staying inside watching the same movie over and over again.

I don't agree. He went in to try and better the world, instead of just b*tching about it. He went from hypocracy to action. in principle, he did sell out. parts of his reasoning must change in order for him to become a "responsible" citizen. and it changed after his friend passed. if you like this, you should check out Trainspotting. |
