Start drinking now and turn up completely plastered, and then tell everyone what you think of the situation. Finish off by being sick over his new girlfriend.

If you need any more advice, just ask.

Humm well regardless of what he does that you don't approve of he is your brother. No one said you had to be buddy buddy with her only civil. For in reality your going for your brother no one else.

Why do I think this and say you should go? It is because I have and older brother and younger sister. In all these years the three of us have never had a cross word of any kind. It is hard for some to believe this. But.... it is true for not at anytime no matter what the other has choose to do within their life do the others every butt in their lives. But......we are always there if the other one needs us. And yes we all do live fairly close and get together. We let each live their personal lives as they see fit not the way we think one should.

So go enjoy the time with your brother for one never knows what tomorrow will bring.bigsmile

might help if you try putting yourself in her shoes..she's probably feeling pretty selfconscience about the family-type affair, and although family is stupid and don't always voice their appreciation, I'm sure your brother will notice your effort.

Well in that case you should be prepared for a full on fist fight, i would recommend taking a large peice of wood and a can of mace.

Like I said I don't dislike her, and his exwife was a raging b*tch...so he did climb the ladder with this one...

Even though I don't like his exwife, I think about how she feels knowing her husband of 28 years moved out of her house and into this woman's house...

My brother is a retired cop, so there will be lots of cops there.... and the "fighting" brother won't be there...and I'm a mom, I can't get arrested for disorderly conduct...AGAIN..

I have to pick up my daughter at 9, so I probably will only have one glass of wine anyways...

Oh Christ, they are so in love I can't even be mad about it....

Had a good time though... only 2 glasses of wine.

Glad you got through it. Hopefully it will lead to a good future for your family. Enjoy every minute you can with your brother. In an instant they can be gone and you would miss him incredibly if you love him half as much as I did mine.

That's really putting his family in an awkward position. You're like me Lily...I'd be the one going in the same situation. I would be a little uncomfortable for sure. flowerforyou
