If you got a phone call saying you were a daddy. and the person was 20 years old wanting back child support. No It isn't me. My freind just called me with this bizare Story. All worried. I had to put this in jokes but it is a true story.

I had to put this in jokes but it is a true story. There is a limatation on it and NO he doesn't get back child support. Not responsible if he was not informed of the birth.

They do as long as he was not informed, untill now, then he shouldnt have to pay anything, but yet he should contact legal aid for info on this,, and besides that child support never contacted him. so he doesnt owe anything

If the state has been paying support, they may go back for paybacks.

A child has until the age of 23 to go back and sue for back support...in Ohio that's how it is at least... not sure in other states.
