Topic: suggestions for a title please!!!

Soul Food Your knife can no longer Sit at my table The blade dulled from use Fails to cut me to pieces I've cleared my plate of you And gotten rid of the bitter taste Your words left in my mouth I no longer like hash, rehashed Because the results are the same No matter how you try to fix it I've acquired a new taste For healthy cuisine that doesn't Upset my stomach as soon as It goes down. Eating healthy There's energy now for exploring New recipes full of fresh, and Refreshed food that goes down With a sweet taste as I swallow And finally eat my meal in peace.
