I Knew It Was Coming....
Gas Prices shooting up... ten to sixty cents a gallon.... 
The Town Drunks.  .are having to direct traffic.... 
Because all the Cops are investigating Accidents and Fistfights... (No Gun/Knife Fights here YET...:suprised:..)
