I was in the ER all night with my daughter who was on oxygen and getting breathing treatments for bronchitus and asthma, so ya .. I'm exhausted and headed for a nap before going into work. No workout for me today woman. yawn

Happy to report that I started taking care of myself this year - including fitness goals! 2 miles daily or 30 minutes other aerobic activity daily as a minimum. Feel great and buying smaller jeans so count me IN for this thread! Woo-hoo!:banana:

M-F I run 0.5 miles with my son and do 3 sets of push ups and situps with him. I then run 3-4 miles and do varying weight training depending on the day.
On the weekend I do 32 oz curls and watch football.
