Yes, Sheetrock is harder, I'll give you that, but trees can be tough, especially when I have to climb them (in 110 degree temps).

I ride my bike to work 3 times a week. It's a 14 mile commute in about 45 minutes!

I work 45+ hrs a week in an auto shop......... Mostly heavy truck, engine and trans work......... So thats more than enough cardio....... I workout M/W/f 1.5 hrs each session....... Is that enough for ya...........

To join you just got to dedicate at least 30 minutes daily to some form of aerobic excercise...preferably and hour. But 30 min is a good start.

And youcan forfeit two of your days to weight training instead of aerobics.

Oh, and you can't eat no more Krispy Kreme donuts.

I can't do pushups...shoulder injury.

I do lift small dumbells to help build the strength.

I was in the ER all night with my daughter who was on oxygen and getting breathing treatments for bronchitus and asthma, so ya .. I'm exhausted and headed for a nap before going into work. No workout for me today woman. yawn
