Massage,

Great link! I had to read it very slowly to make sure I correctly
pictured all the geometric shapes and lines. lol! I really enjoyed it!

Thanks...

Oh come on, let's not get too scientific about it. Simply put, infinity
is beyond our ability to comprehend. Even in math (the "perfect"
science) infinity is the ninthth degree. Little N on top of a number. My
computer won't do it. Who can blame it?

ON and ON and On to the ninth.

Yea, love this. You are all so brilliant but I guess I left too much
room for error.
1. For all of you who included numbers in your idea, including PI
numbers are the tool we use to percieve sets or count them. They are
imaginary until they belong to something in the set.

2. For those of you who included perception, "sight of the horizon" for
example, that is just a perception and actually can be measured which
give it limits. Even a circle of love I'm afraid has limitations for
the circle joins at some point making it enclosed.

3. Space and time - time is still just a theory, how it actually
functions and exists in the universe has been on the need to discover
list for a long time. So unless we can define what time actually is in
terms of how it functions in the universe, we can't totally rule that
one out. So time - maybe
Space is more difficult to dispute only because I don't know, no one
knows what exists beyond our universe. Perhaps it's a liquid
atmosphere, which would limit space to what is in our own universe -
which can be measured.

4. As for the Universe theory and the time and space theory, well you
are getting bigger, and I still need to review the web info that
'message' graciously offered, however, the universe is known to have
ends, in fact (I have to find it again), but a few years back Steven
Hawkins found one end already.

Read the next reply for futher info.

Continued - reply

For clarification, let's try this - Let's say that the entire universe
could be frozen at any particular point in time, like right now at this
moment - zap - stopped. Now what within it could be considered
infinate, a tangible thing that can not be counted - not something
difficult to count but can't be counted?

There was one (and I'm surprized only one) responce that said God's
love is infinate and I would agree except that his love for us can not
be infinate, for his love surely existed before we were even conceived
so his love for us begins with our creation and ends when we are extinct
- of course that's only if we could actually prove the existance of God.

Of course the one I laughed really hard at was JeanC - I think that
deserves a prize - the "would you -blank- the person above you. THANKS
EVERYONE, you are all so creative, so try again, I love your answers.

Massage said "At some point I heard that physicists/cosmologist view the
universe as a three dimensional space"

Well ... your information is outdated ... check it again, please

There are already 26 dimensions are discovered

Prussia, if you were correcting something I said, thanks. I think I was
probably refering to "our" perception based on our ability to comprhend
as being 3 dimentional. So do you think dimentions increase the
possibility of infinity somehow in our universe? Hope you reply, sounds
interesting.
