So a friend of mine and I were talking last night and came up with an interesting question.

If a man were to come up to you today and lay down a manuscript for a new book he had written, then tell you in all seriousness,"This is the new Gospel. It was orated to me by God himself and written by my hand. This is God's mission for me." Would you believe the man?

On that same note, if you saw a normal looking man walking down the street and it just so turned out that man was the second coming of Jesus Christ himself, would you believe him?

These questions are aimed towards devout believers in the bible.

The incorporation of what if questions and religion is one of the leading causes to misconception. I would suggest not to fuel the fire of ignorance and misunderstanding.

Well you might want to check out the Uranita book, written by a non-human intelligent life form. It is the new gospel.

Also there are several people today who have large following and claim to be Jesus returned.

So there are people who will believe these things, but I'm sure not everyone would.

You can fool some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time but you can't fool all of the people all of the time.

The truth shall be known.

I'm so happy I stopped in this morning. Just when I think my real life has taken up residence behind the looking glass, I come here and realize where the real "wonderland" is hinding.

You guys always make me smile!

Would I believe him that God spoke to him" or that "he'd written it by his own hand and it was now his mission?"

If the true question is "Do I believe it is divinely inspirated?" Then - NO.

If I left my house this morning and met a man who claimed to be Jesus - the only thing I would believe about him is that he is delusional.
