I just bought, wrapped and put up 40lbs of chicken breasts...6 lbs of wieners...2 boston butts, 10lbs of sausage and 4 lbs of thick slab bacon. drinker

No, I have a 6ft deep freezer and an upright freezer not to mention my sideby side refridgerator freezer and I buy my meat and veggies on sale and in bulk when I can ...saves alot on grocery bill and is nice to always have what I need on hand.drinker

Boston Butt is a pork roast.

I like to rub mine with spices and roast it with veggies.

Marinating before roasting can make a butt damned tasty too.

I like to rub mine with spices and roast it with veggies.

(I cooked one before he came down for BBQ and froze some in smaller batches for us to make quick sandwhiches YUM) Then ask him about my steak...and my hotwings:thumbsup:

A Boston Butt is the rump of a hog...pork roast...if you season it (I make my own butt rub) and marinate it (make my own too) and slice up some bell pepper and sweet vidalia onion over top it...wrappp tightly in foil or put in a raoster with cover and cook slowly at low temp...until it falls away with a slight touch of the fork...makes wonderful sandwhiches...with or withou BBQ sauce added.
