online relationships differ from IRL....due to timing.
Irl a meet happens , then a date,and perhaps a second.
online alot of time is spent getting to know them before you even meet.
so when a meet actually occurs, you already feel as you know them ,but you are still restricted by it being the first time.....

i dont know i kind of like online better. it lets you get to know them really well before the physicallyness(my new word) enters the pictures. it lets you get to know them as a person.

but ive done both.

So what is your question, should you feel uncomfortable meeting them the first time.. if that is the case, depends on the person you've been talking to.. what depths have you gone with them, meaning how well do you know them.. Each and every encounter is different.

you can be restricted

it all depends on whether the chemistry that existed online still is there after a real life meeting.

if it is, i don't think you are re-starting all over, but rather just continuing the dating process

So true if the Chemistry is there at times it is and at time it is not then your back at the beginning.
