I think its worse when its the apt next door. They managers apt no less. And its too hot to close the windows and for some reason the TV won't turn up loud enough.

See, I have this theory that the IPOD was invented by some fellow geek, who had to listen to his upstairs neighbors as they got it on. Typical geek, he was getting none, and thus as he was about to go mad over this fact, he had a stroke of genius hit him....and so the IPOD was born. Now, said geek makes millions and is banging hotties left and right.
