Topic: On An Actual Date You Went Where? | |
---|---|
First dates should never be for dinner... Coffee dates are boring. I say go have ice cream! the only reason why those dates ended up being "dinner dates" was because the only time i could schedule time was in the evening. otherwise i'd be aiming to do something else, like throwing hard candy at small children at the park. thats a good idea. i usually just spit on people from the 2nd or 3rd lvl. its so much fun! |

Let's see, where's the delete option on this? Reminds me of the "Dating Game" I played at about age 12, where if you drew the DUD card it was really awful. |

to a nice little tea shop/bookstore in Ruidoso, New Mexico and shared a pot of tea and read to each other ^^ *Swoons* Only because I know WHO you had this date with...and what I would give to have her read to me the children's story in her Canuck accent, "I Love You This Much". _________________________________________________________ Back on topic: Personally, I think FIRST dates should be FUN and ENGAGING! Drinks, coffee, dinner...BLECH! I was never into that when I was on the dating scene many moons ago...and most assuredly wouldn't be if I entered the singles scenario ever again. Let's do something FUN, shall we? Meet me at the park, by the swings...or at the local firing range...or gooney-golf...or sailing...or horseback riding...or a wicked game of billards (prepare to lose tho!)...or the local book/music store to browse/read/listen together...anything other than staring at each other, in a restaurant/bar/grill and "grilling" one another about our lives to determine if this is the perfect fit for eternity! |

A woman after my own heart! Let's DO something, putt putt golf, a game arcade, an outdoor concert, a festival, something. But anything other than staring at each other across a table at a loss for words when it's not an instant chemistry. Let's get creative here people! |
