yes. but with councelling you can learn that hate in your body destroys you. Mine was my "best friend"(girlfriend)(hell, no man could hurt me that way!) I was her best friend, she was not a best friend to me! I wrote her an e-mail and said I never wanted to hear from her or anyone connected with her again. I have peace! I know me. I am not taking any **** from anyone!! I am too good for that crap! Rahhhhhhhhh! we are talking about a 35 yr friendship here! I was just stupid for too long. Duh!
