I myself don't mind texting, but I usually refrain from it during the night. Who knows if their cell service is like mine up here in the sticks.

Never too late, never too early I agree...if they dont want to hear the phone while sleeping, they can put it on vibrate, or shut it off...the text will be there when they look the next morning...

It doesn't bother me no matter the time. My phone is on vibrate and if I forget to turn off sound, that's my fault. It's like calling or IMing me at any time of day, it doesn't bother me, but if I'm not here I just won't get it.
