well Rain .. I lived with my mom til I was married ( 32 ) BUT ... we
treated it like I was a roomie NOT a son and mother .
I was hardly home anyway, but shared everything like cooking for
myself, and laundry and stuff... now that I have been on my own for the
last 6 or 7 years , it was very natural ... just keep in touch with your
MOM. EVERY chance you get ...

All I can say is good luck when my daughter moved out this last year.
Well my main pet peeves were to get an upstairs apartment for a girl.
But I did talk her out of the roommate thing if she could swing it been
there done that and a good way to loose your friends. So she did take my
advice and moved out on her own and loves it. Her best friend is fixing
to get an apartment now and had mentioned them getting one together last
year and again now she stood her ground said she likes having her own
place. So good luck lay down rules about personal stuff at first it
don't bother ya but after awhile supporting others habits get old. So
talk an be honest and let the other know rules about borrowing clothes
and personal items or even cleaning the apartment good luck
