Ok All, you all have opinions and relate stories about angels. There are
so many statistics and stories and information about all these angels.
Who wants to be the first to back up all this knowledge. How do you
know what you think you know about all these angels????? Go ahead pick
one tell us all about that angel, what you know and HOW YOU KNOW IT.
And let's not forget the one whose stories are more abundant that any
other - Satan.

I actually know quite abit about angels..but I'm not gonna go into how I
know..

When my granddaughter was little, but old enough to talk, she used to
talk about her angel. Really spooked me for awhile, didn't know if it
was a sign she was going to be seriously sick and maybe die or what,
but talked to my boss who was into religion and he told me that they
believed that children could see angels as they had pure hearts, so
after that relaxed. Eventually she stopped talking about her angel.
That is my only experience with an angel.

I know about angels from God! We all have guardian angels watching over
us... i love it!

Everyone is born with at least one angel then they get more as time goes
on..you may not notice them some times but they are there.

Angels......what are they?.....who are they?

Angels are beings that god or a high power or whatever you choose to
call him created to help us when we need it..to look after us..they are
not people that have lived before and died as some think..angels were
never "alive"..spirits are people that have passed on.

Perhaps we should start simpler. From your own research, your own
studies can you tell me the name and story behind any angel and tell me
where this knowledge can be found? AND NO I DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHO
TOLD YOU, I want to know where in history this information can be found.

angels are sent to us to protect us...to help us...how are they helping
us? How are they protecting us?

Well..let's say you have to be at work at 7:30am but you wake up
late..your car wont start..so you dont go to work that day then you hear
on the news or through a friend that there was a bad accident on your
route to work..that would be your angel stoping you for gettin in your
car that day.

LadyMagic, If I asked you who Martin Luther King was and where I could
go to read about him, would you tell you simply he was a great man, with
not even proof to back up how or why you know this?

Silly Questions Deserve silly answers

Um..I didnt say I had no proof of angels and their existance..I just
said that I am not going to tell how I know that they do exist

Sorry LadyMagic, I admire your ability to have such faith, I don't mean
to belittle that at all. I don't want you to think my last statement
was cold, you are certainly a beautiful person, inside and out. I'm
just trying to find out more information and was hoping to be pointed in

Jonothan - how poetic you are and how staunchly you adhere to your
convictions to believe that everyone, even all the dumb asses, are
entitled to their opinion. Yes I am an athiest, the word does not mean
"non-spiritual" it only rejects the idea of a single omnipresent being
that created the universe and controls the events and beings in it.
Now who is forming opinions here? You would do best to answer questions
and join thoughtful and repectful discussion directly without attack.
You are obviously a very intelligent person and for that reason you may
have much to say and teach and bring to an honost discustion. I will
always welcome an intellectual challenge and hope always to learn from

angels-which include God and Satan-do not exist. they are only stories
created to give humans hope and faith. Satan was created to drive fear
into humans-to make sure they don't go down "the wrong path".

For the ones that believe in the bible, The first recorded event about
angles is in Genesis 3. This tells the story of how angels came down to
earth and mated with mortal women and created giants. This explains how
giants existed so that David could even slay Golith.

OK - there's a story about some angels here at last, but still no names
and still I know nothing about them. Where did all the knowledge about
a war in heaven come from. How did they get their names. And are they
really a race of beings that God created? If so they must have had - ah
aha FREE WILL, or they could never have opposed God, for were they not
supposed to be doing His will.
So are they physical, as they appear to us in some bible stories or are
they spirit as they appear to us in other of the bible's stories.
Anyone ?

Good point R.D. they do have free will. They did turn from God. They now
serve Satan, thats why I said in another place that free will is simply
a choice to serve God or Satan.
I am sorry though, I can't prove that angels exsist any more than
proving God exsist, it's faith again. There are however many stories in
the word of God that talks about angels.
Personally, I have seen the manifestation of demons [fallen angels] but
I can't prove it of course. I know that something has been protecting me
all my life, and I believe the bible so that's my proof. I am sorry I
can't produce one for you. I think if you keep searching with an open
mind you will be shown the truth, and once you get that in your
heart.....nothing can change your mind.
